Ipsita Das is interested in studying the impacts of land use change and biomass fuel use on health outcomes of women and children; and identifying household-level determinants of clean fuel adoption. She has worked on research projects in India on WatSan, forced labor, HIV/AIDS and cookstove adoption. She has an MPP degree from Duke University and is pursuing her Ph.D. in Public Policy at UNC.
