Myles Elledge is a Senior Director in RTI’s Innovation Advisers, with over 25 years of applied research experience leading and managing international development projects. As a public policy analysis, he works across national health, energy and environmental policy issues to support social infrastructure planning, and targeted service delivery at the subnational level. He has managed large qualitative household surveys to understand behaviors, demand and supply of services, and social adoption questions for new technology, and institutional constraints to improved services in both peri-urban and rural areas. His work on environmental health includes a current focus on biomass cookstoves in Sri Lanka and India. He serves on technical working groups under Global Alliance for Clean Cookstoves (GACC) and the ANSI / ISO cookstoves standards development initiative. He holds a Masters degree in Economic and Social Development (University of Pittsburgh).
